Pervis Conway, President
Pervis Conway is the President of Concad Construction Solutions (CCS). Mr. Conway is a telecommunications and utilities infrastructure specialist with 20 years of diversified experience. Prior to his current 17-year tenure at CCS, Mr. Conway started his career as a Designer at Casper & Associates.
Mr. Conway’s area of specialties include Telecommunications, Strategic Planning, Engineering, AutoCAD, Team Building, Executive and Operations Management, Project Management, Contract Negotiation, and Sales, among other skills.
He attended Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
Will Watkins, Vice President
Will Watkins is the Vice President of Construction-CAD Solutions (CCS). Mr. Watkins is a highly accomplished executive with an excellent professional track record, directing all aspects of operations, projects, and strategic business planning across CCS. As VP of CCS since 2003, Mr. Watkins leads operational proposal development and sales development for CCS, and also is responsible for developing and deploying policies and procedures to maximize efficiencies, utilization rates, and financial performance.
Prior to his position at CCS, Mr. Watkins served as the VP of New Business Development at Paradigm; and as a Foreign Exchange Dealer for Linnco Futures Group. He graduated from Northwestern University in 1989 with a degree in Business Administration and Management.
John Logan, VP of Operations (and Engineering)
John Logan is the Director of Operations (and Engineering) at Construction-CAD Solutions (CCS). With the company since 2004, Mr. Logan manages, supports and provides direction and leadership to CCS’ engineering department and team leaders. He specializes in Telecommunications, AutoCAD, Engineering, Operations and Construction Management, Business Architecture and more.
Mr. Logan also earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Illinois at Chicago in 2008.
Airin Bragagnini, Director of Strategic Planning
Airin Bragagnini is the Director of Strategic Planning for Construction-CAD Solutions (CCS). At CCS, Ms. Bragagnini is responsible for the company’s finance and business operation functions and assists human resources, business strategy and development, and marketing. Ms Bragagnini started her engineering/construction career in 2000 with Peter Kiewit Sons’ in Los Angeles, California. Successfully being able to business manage construction projects with budget ranges of 4M-292M gave her the opportunity to transfer and work in Chicago, Illinois on the CTA Blueline, CTA Redline, and the O’Hare Modernization Project. Throughout her diverse career, she has had the opportunity to work in International shared services publishing and retail as well as domestic hospitality, manufacturing, and information technology.
Ms. Bragagnini is highly educated, and is presently attending Argosy University of Chicago to earn her Doctorate in Global Business Sustainability. She also received her MBA in Accounting and Graduate Certificate in Project Management from Keller Graduate School of Management at DeVry University Chicago, Illinois in 2006; and a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from DeVry Institute of Technology, Pomona, California in 1998.
Linda Bibbs Keller, Director of Human Resources
Linda Bibbs Keller has over 20 years of progressively challenging Human Resources experience in the media and insurance sector.
Prior to co-founding LinMar, Linda was Director of Human Resources at WGN TV, a Tribune Company. At WGN she was responsible for the development and implementation of a wide variety of human resources strategies, programs and initiatives. In addition, Linda played a key role in developing policies and programs to attract, retain and promote a progressive, professional workforce. In this role, Linda managed both union and non-union employee issues. Linda has extensive experience with collective bargaining, employee relations training, development, and coaching. Linda also held the position of Director of Human Resources for WGN Radio, where her responsibilities included recruitment, benefits, compensation, training and development, employee relations and EEO/Diversity. Before joining Tribune Company, Linda held Human Resource positions with Washington National and CNA Insurance. Her experience as a professional life and workforce coach involves working in partnership between coach and clients to provide structure, guidance, and support for successful integration of both client and employee needs. Ms. Keller received her B. A. Degree in Psychology from Carleton College in Northfield, MN.
